Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Professional Services Agreement with Pacific Pride Foundation for the HIV Care Program, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Independent Contractor Agreement with Pacific Pride Foundation for the HIV Care Program to provide early intervention services for the period April 1, 2014 through March 31, 2016 in the amount of $121,875.00 per year, not to exceed the maximum Contract amount of $243,750.00; and b) Determine that these activities are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and are exempt from environmental review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since they are a government fiscal activity that does not involve any commitment to a specific project that may result in a potentially significant effect on the environment.
