Title: Consider the recommendations regarding a professional services contract with Stacy McCrory, MFT, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a professional services contract in the amount of $54,250, with Stacy McCrory, MFT, a local vendor, to provide mental health services at the County of Santa Barbara Psychiatric Health Facility to clients adjudicated as Incompetent to Stand Trial. The contract is effective July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006; and b) Authorize the Director of ADMHS to approve amendments to the proposed contract, provided that any such amendments do not exceed ten percent (10%) of the contract's dollar amount.
