Title: Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 8 to Professional Services Agreements with Carollo Engineers, Incorporated for Engineering Services During Construction of Laguna County Sanitation District Plant Upgrades, Fourth and Fifth Districts, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 8 to a professional services agreement with Carollo Engineers, Incorporated for Engineering Services During Construction of Plant Upgrades to extend the contract end date to June 30, 2025; and b) Find that the proposed actions do not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), in that it is a government administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect changes in the environment.
