Title: Consider recommendations regarding Construction of El Colegio Roadway Improvements (Phase II), Public Works Project No. 864042, Third District, as follows: a) Approve plans and specifications for Construction of the El Colegio Roadway Improvements (Phase II), County Project No. 864042; b) Award the Construction Contract in the amount of $2,240,765.70 to the lowest responsive bidder, Granite Construction, Inc., (a local vendor with an office in Santa Barbara), P.O.
