Title: HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding a request from Goleta Mayor for a meeting regarding Revenue Neutrality, as follows: (EST. TIME: 30 MIN.) a) Authorize Supervisor Janet Wolf and specified County staff to engage in a conversation with City of Goleta Mayor Mike Bennett, and Assemblymember Das Williams, regarding the existing Revenue Neutrality Agreement (RNA) between the City of Goleta and County of Santa Barbara, as requested by Goleta Mayor Bennett; and b) Determine pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guideline 15378(b)(4) that the above action is not a project subject to CEQA, because it is a government fiscal activity that does not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
