Title: Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the County-based Medi-Cal Administrative Activities Grant Agreement with the California Department of Health Care Services, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Public Health Department Director, or designee, to sign the First Amendment to the Agreement 19-96021 and any associated certifications with the California Department of Health Care Services for County-based Medi-Cal Administrative Activities. This First Amendment increases funding by $1,000,000.00 for a total revenue amount of $4,000,000.00 for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022; and b) Determine that the recommended action is not a "Project" within the meaning of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended action is a government fiscal activity which does not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the env...

Title
