Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Second Amendment to the Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Program Management and Collaboration Project, Grant No. 19-10974, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute the Second Amendment to Grant Agreement No. 19-10974 and required certifications with California Department of Public Health to accept an increase of $53,542.00 to the grant for Fiscal Year 2021 for the STD Program Management and Collaboration Project Grant in the amount not to exceed $883,547.00 for the grant period July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024; and b) Determine that this action is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended action is a government fiscal activity which does not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
