Title: Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the Agreement with Dudek to develop a Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) and Transportation Study for the Santa Barbara Foothill Communities, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Amendment to an Agreement with Dudek for the development of a CWPP and Transportation Study for the Santa Barbara Foothill Communities, by increasing the contractual amount from $240,500.00 to an amount not to exceed $250,000.00; and b) Determine this action is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4), finding that the action is a creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant impact on the environment.
