Consider recommendations regarding the Certification of Election Results for the June 2, 2026 Statewide Direct Primary Election, as follows:
a) Accept and file the Certified Statement of the Results of the Official Canvass, Official Election Summary, and the Help America Vote Act of 2002 Certification of Elections Official for the Statewide Direct Primary Election held on June 2, 2026, and declare those persons elected and declare the results as required by law; and
b) Determine that the above action is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), because it consists of organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
