Title: Consider recommendations regarding a contractor on payroll agreement with Herman Schornstein, M.D. for mental health services, as follows: a) Approve and execute a payroll contract with Herman Schornstein, M.D. for the period of August 20, 2001 through June 30, 2002, in an amount not to exceed $78,300; b) Authorize the Director of Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services to approve amendments to the proposed contract, providing that any such amendments do not exceed 10% of the contract's dollar amount.
