Title: Consider recommendations regarding the reconciliation of allocated positions and corresponding amendments to the Salary Resolution, as follows: a) Adopt Amendments to the Salary Resolution effective November 11, 2024, updating department position allocations and make changes to two management job classifications; and b) Determine that the above actions are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4) since the recommended actions are government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
