Title: Consider recommendations regarding Tract No. 14,303 (Mesa Verde - Larwin Company), Fourth District, as follows: a) Approve the Final Map of Tract No. 14,303; b) Accept Black Oak Drive, Oak Bluffs Drive, Chilmark Lane, Menemsha Lane, Old Tisbury Lane, Tuckernuck Lane and Aquinnah Lane as public road easements; c) Accept Lots 65 and 67 as easements to the County of Santa Barbara for open space, trail and drainage purposes; d) Request the subdivider to post a certified check in the amount of $5,900 to guarantee the setting of the interior monumentation for tract 14,303 pursuant to Section 66496.36 of State Subdivision Map Act.
