Title: Consider recommendations regarding authority to advertise for the South Coast Recycling and Transfer Station Cover Structure Project, Second District, as follows: a) Make the required California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Findings for the South Coast Recycling and Transfer Station Cover Structure Project (Project); b) Approve the Project, adopt the Final Mitigated Negative Declaration (21NGD-00000-00007), and adopt the mitigation measures with their corresponding monitoring requirements as the Mitigation Monitoring Program for the Project; and c) Authorize the Public Works Director to advertise for bids on the construction of the Project.
