Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Grant Agreement with California Department of Public Health for the HIV/AIDS Prevention Program for the provision of HIV/AIDS services in the community, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute Agreement No. 13-20252 with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Office of AIDS for the period July 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013 in the amount of $49,575.00; and b) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act review per CEQA Guideline Section 15061(b)(3), since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activities may have a significant effect on the environment.
