Title: Consider recommendations regarding a contract amendment with Casa Pacifica for Fiscal Year 2003-04, as follows: a) Approve and execute a contract amendment with Casa Pacifica (a local provider) to provide additional appropriate efficient and effective services to children with emotional disturbances in the amount of $285,000, for the period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004 for a total amount not to exceed $1,018,333; b) Authorize the Director of ADMHS to approve amendments to the proposed contract, provided that any such amendments do not exceed ten percent (10%) of the contract's dollar amount.
