Consider recommendations regarding the Offender Accountability-Franchise Tax Board Court Ordered Debt Memorandum of Understanding, as follows:
a) Approve and execute a MOU with the Franchise Tax Board Court Ordered Debt Collection Program;
b) Approve and execute the Addendum to said MOU;
c) Adopt a resolution discharging accountability for uncollectible Probation department accounts receivable returned by the Franchise Tax Board;
d) Approve the designation of one-time unanticipated revenue received from delinquent accounts for Probation capital projects and collections enhancements within the existing Probation Department Designation account (9799) .
