Title: Consider recommendations regarding the execution of County Loan Documents for the Fighting Back Santa Maria Valley Navigation Center, Fourth District, as follows: a) Approve execution by the Chair of a County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Loan Agreement; Regulatory Agreement; Promissory Note; and Deed of Trust with Fighting Back Santa Maria Valley (Borrower) memorializing the terms and conditions of a $299,000.00 loan by the County to Borrower (Loan) comprised of CDBG Program funds; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Second Amendment to the June 4, 2019 Homeless Emergency Aid Program (HEAP) Subrecipient Agreement with Fighting Back Santa Maria Valley to modify the Regulatory Agreement to include transitional housing as an acceptable use; and c) Determine that the above recommended actions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4) as the actions involve the creation of government funding me...

Consider recommendations regarding the execution of County Loan Documents for the Fighting Back Santa Maria Valley Navigation Center, Fourth District, as follows:

 

a) Approve execution by the Chair of a County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Loan Agreement; Regulatory Agreement; Promissory Note; and Deed of Trust with Fighting Back Santa Maria Valley (Borrower) memorializing the terms and conditions of a $299,000.00 loan by the County to Borrower (Loan) comprised of CDBG Program funds;
