Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Ordinance for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Agency Fees, as follows: a) Consider the adoption (second reading) of an Ordinance to increase fees for EMT certification, re-certification, and EMT-P accreditations; and b) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act review per CEQA Guideline Section 15061(b)(3), since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activities may have a significant effect on the environment.
