Title: Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with CenCal Health Systems Federally Qualified Health Center as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Medi-Cal Physician Services Provider Agreement, Federally Qualified Health Center, with CenCal Health for the period of January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2017, for payment of established fees for healthcare services rendered to Medi-Cal beneficiaries enrolled with CenCal Health; b) Approve the ratification of coverage changes that modified the rates and payment process, from a capitated rate to a fee for service process, for Medicare/Medi-Cal dual coverage member services within the Fiscal Year 2008-2011 Provider Agreement, effective January 1, 2011; and c) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15061(b)(3), since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activities may have a significant eff...

Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with CenCal Health Systems Federally Qualified Health Center as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Medi-Cal Physician Services Provider Agreement, Federally Qualified Health Center, with CenCal Health for the period of January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2017, for payment of established fees for healthcare services rendered to Medi-Cal beneficiaries enrolled with CenCal Health;
