Consider recommendations regarding a Transportation Development Act (TDA) claim for Fiscal Year 2012/2013, as follows:
a) Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to file a $1,994,063.00 claim with the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (SBCAG) for an allocation of Transportation Development Act (TDA) funds for Fiscal Year 2012/2013;
b) Find that the proposed action(s) do not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of CEQA, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378(b)(2) (continuing administrative or maintenance activities, such as purchases for supplies, personnel-related actions, general policy and procedure making); and
c) Approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
