City of Buellton - Approve the requests of the City of Buellton, as follows:
a) Call and give notice of the holding of an election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 for the purpose of submitting a measure to the qualified voters of Buellton regarding term limits for City Council members;
b) Call and give notice of the holding of a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, for the election of certain officers as required by the provisions of the laws of the State of California relating to general law cities;
c) Approve the consolidation of a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, with the Statewide General Municipal Election on the same date, pursuant to Section 10403 of the Elections Code; and
d) Adopt regulations for candidates for elective office pertaining to candidate's statements and materials submitted to the electorate and the cost thereof, submitted to the voters at an election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012.
