Title: City of Santa Maria - Approve the requests of the City of Santa Maria, as follows: a) Call and give notice of the holding of a general municipal election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, for the purpose of the election of a Mayor, two Members of the City Council, a City Treasurer, and a City Clerk for the full term of four years; b) Approve the consolidation of a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, with the Statewide General Municipal Election on the same date, pursuant to Section 10403 of the Elections Code.
