City of Goleta - Approve the requests of the City of Goleta, as follows:
a) Call and give notice of the holding of a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, for the purpose of the election of two members of the City Council for four year full terms;
b) Call and give notice of the holding of a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, for the purpose of submitting a measure to the qualified voters of the City of Goleta regarding increasing the rate of the City of Goleta's Transient Occupancy Tax;
c) Call and give notice of the holding of a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, for the purpose of submitting an initiative to the qualified voters of the City of Goleta regarding Goleta Agricultural Land Protection; and
d) Approve the consolidation of a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, with the Statewide General Municipal Election on the same date, pursuant to Section 10403 of the Elections Code.
