Montecito Fire Protection District - Approve the requests of the Montecito Fire Protection District, as follows:
 
a) Call and give notice of the holding of a general district election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, for the purpose of submitting a measure to the qualified voters regarding increasing the membership of the Montecito Fire Protection District Board of Directors from three Directors to Five Directors, pursuant to Section 13845 of the Health and Safety Code;
 
b) Call and give notice of the holding of a general district election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, for the purpose of the election of two new Directors to the Montecito Fire Protection District Board of Directors;
 
c) Consolidate a general district election of the Montecito Fire Protection District with services to be provided by Elections Official of the County of Santa Barbara Clerk-Recorder-Assessor's Office, relating to the conduct of a general district election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, pursuant to Section 10002 of the Elections Code; and
 
d) Approve the consolidation of a general district election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, with the Statewide General Municipal Election on the same date.
