Title: Consider recommendations regarding the 2012/2013 Subrecipient Agreements for Federal Homeless Program Grants, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Supportive Housing Program Subrecipient Agreement with Good Samaritan Shelter in the amount of $17,425.00; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Supportive Housing Program Subrecipient Agreement with Casa Esperanza Homeless Center in the amount of $156,763.00; c) Determine that the approval and execution of the above Supportive Housing Program Subrecipient Agreements are not the approvals of projects that are subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), finding that the project is a creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities, which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment; and d) Direct ...
