Title: Consider recommendations regarding easements for the Vista Elevada Lift Station in Mission Canyon, First District, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Easement Purchase Contract with Craig G. Title
Consider recommendations regarding easements for the Vista Elevada Lift Station in Mission Canyon, First District, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required)
 
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Easement Purchase Contract with Craig G. Johnson and Judy C. Johnson (owners) for purchase of an easement over a portion of owners' property known as APN 023-091-020 in the amount of $5,750.00 in connection with an existing lift station located on Vista Elevada in the Mission Canyon area;
 
b) Accept the Permanent Easement Deed to the real property conveyed from Craig G. Johnson and Judy C. Johnson (owners) to the County of Santa Barbara for an easement on a portion of APN 023-091-020 by authorizing the Clerk of the Board to sign the certificate of acceptance;
 
c) Accept the Permanent Easement Deed to the real property conveyed from Marilyn D. Anticouni (owner) to the County of Santa Barbara for an easement on a portion of APN 023-091-007 by authorizing the Clerk of the Board to sign the certificate of acceptance;
 
d) Approve a Budget Revision to appropriate $5,750.00 from County Service Area 12 reserves for acquisition of the easement on APN 023-091-020; and
 
e) Find that the proposed actions do not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to 14 CCR 15378 (b)(5), in that it is a government administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect changes in the environment.
