Title: Consider recommendations regarding the First Amendment to Lease Agreement for the County Public Health Department’s Women, Infants and Children Program at 400 North McClelland Street, Santa Maria, ORES 003345, Fifth District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the First Amendment to the Lease Agreement between the County of Santa Barbara and the Frederick Family Trust, for the County Public Health Department’s Women, Infants and Children Program’s continued use of approximately 1400 square feet of office space, with the addition of 1,100 square feet, for a total of 2,500 square feet of office space in the building located at 400 North McClelland Street, in Santa Maria, for a period of approximately four and one-half (4 ½) years, at a combined monthly rental rate of $3,200.00, with three remaining three-year options to extend the Lease, which may be exercised by the Director of Public Health; and b) Determine that the proposed action is exempt from the Californi...

Consider recommendations regarding the First Amendment to Lease Agreement for the County Public Health Department's Women, Infants and Children Program at 400 North McClelland Street, Santa Maria, ORES 003345, Fifth District, as follows:
