Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Jalama Beach Park Paving Project No. 8464, Permission to Bid, Third District, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve the plans and specifications on file in the Community Services Department for the Jalama Beach Park Paving Project; b) Authorize the Director of Community Services, or designee, to advertise for construction bids for the Jalama Beach Park Paving Project; c) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0003123 in the amount of $250,000.00 from the release of committed fund balance for the Jalama Beach Park Paving Project; and d) Accept the determination that the proposed project is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(c) as the project consists of the repair and maintenance of an existing facility involving no expansion of existing use, and direct staff to file the CEQA Notice of Exemption.
