Title
Consider recommendations regarding the Los Adobes de Maria II Partial Release of Regulatory Agreement and State of California Department of Housing and Community Development Subordination Agreement and Estoppel Certificate, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Partial Release of Regulatory Agreement;
b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Subordination Agreement and Estoppel Certificate in favor of the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (State HCD); and
c) Find that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15162, no substantial changes are proposed, there are no substantial changes in circumstances and no new information of substantial importance has come to light regarding environmental effects of the project or feasibility of mitigation measures and, therefore this action is within the scope of the Mitigated Negative Declaration approved and adopted by your Board on June 4, 2002, and that, therefore, no new environmental document is required.
