Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Amendment to Contractor-on-Payroll Agreement for Psychiatric Services, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Amendment to the Contractor-on-Payroll Agreement with Fred Berge, MD, for psychiatrist services at Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services facilities, to increase the Contract by $30,800.00 for a new maximum amount not to exceed $162,360.00 through June 30, 2014; and b) Determine that the approval of the First Amendment to Agreement for Services of Contractor on Payroll is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), finding that the activities are covered by the general rule that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment, and where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activities in question may have a significant effect on the environment, the activities...
