Title: Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: Consider recommendations regarding the authorization to proceed to negotiation for purchase of right-of-way for the Las Vegas - San Pedro Creeks Capacity Improvements Project, Second District, as follows: a) Authorize the Santa Barbara County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to proceed with right-of-way negotiations for the potential purchase of property in fee or easement for use by Flood Control to construct improvements associated with the Las Vegas - San Pedro Creeks Capacity Improvements Project, Project Number SC8322; and b) Determine, pursuant to 14 CCR 15162, that a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) was adopted for the Las Vegas-San Pedro Creeks Capacity Improvement Project on October 4, 2011 and an Addendum to the MND was approved on April 10, 2012, that no substantial changes are proposed in the project, no substantial changes have occurred with respect to the circumstanc...

Consider recommendations regarding the authorization to proceed to negotiation for purchase of right-of-way for the Las Vegas - San Pedro Creeks Capacity Improvements Project, Second District, as follows:
