Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Right-of-Way Vacation and Quitclaim: Portion of North Patterson Avenue, Goleta, Second District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Resolution and Summary Order to Vacate, to vacate the above referenced portion of the North Patterson Avenue right-of-way upon the County Surveyor's determination that the Certificate of Compliance for APN 069-060-044 is ready for recordation; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Quitclaim Deed Agreement upon the County Surveyor's determination that the Certificate of Compliance for APN 069-060-044 is ready for recordation; and c) Find that the proposed vacation and quitclaim is exempt from the provisions of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15312 as it involves the sale of a portion of excess County right-of-way, and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
