Title: HEARING - Consider the recommendations of the County and Montecito Planning Commissions to approve Case No. 12ORD-00000-00014 which would amend the Article II Coastal Zoning Ordinance to implement new regulations and make other clarifications, corrections and revisions, as follows: (EST. TIME: 15 MIN.) a) Make the findings for approval, including California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) findings, of the proposed Ordinance; b) Determine that the adoption of this Ordinance is statutorily exempt from the CEQA pursuant to Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15265 of the Guidelines for Implementation of CEQA; c) Approve Case No. 12ORD-00000-00014, an Ordinance amending Article II, the Santa Barbara County Coastal Zoning Ordinance, of Chapter 35, Zoning, of the County Code; and d) Adopt a Resolution and direct staff to submit the Ordinance as a minor amendment to the Santa Barbara County's Local Coastal Program to the California Coastal Commission for certification.
