Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Enforcement Assistance Grant Agreement pursuant to Public Resources Code Sections 43230, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution authorizing the following: i) Authorizing the Director of the Public Health Department to apply for an Enforcement Assistance Grant in the amount of approximately $23,000.00 for the Fiscal Year 2014-2015; and ii) Authorizing the Director of the Public Health Department to apply for the Enforcement Assistance Grant from CalRecycle each Fiscal Year through 2018-2019; and b) Determine, pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), that acceptance of this grant is not a project subject to CEQA review because it is a government funding mechanism that does not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
