Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Agreement with the Family Care Network, Inc. for the provision of an Independent Living Program for out-of-home care youth, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Family Care Network, Inc. to provide an Independent Living Program for Child Welfare Services/Probation youth for the period July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015 for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $210,000.00; and b) Determine that the execution of the Agreement is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to the CEQA Guidelines Section 15061 (b) (3), finding that the execution of the Agreement is covered by the general rule that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment, and where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant effect on the environment, the a...
