Consider recommendations regarding Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services (ADMHS) Fiscal Year (FY) 2014-2015 Contracts - Behavioral Health, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (a local vendor), for the provision of substance use disorder services and children's mental health services, for a total Contract amount not to exceed $2,012,497.00 through June 30, 2015;
b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Child Abuse Listening and Mediation, Inc. (a local vendor), for the provision of children's mental health services, for a total Contract amount not to exceed $3,071,765.00 through June 30, 2015;
c) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Family Service Agency (a local vendor), for the provision of children's mental health services, and substance use prevention services, for a total Contract amount not to exceed $1,001,622.00 through June 30, 2015;
d) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Good Samaritan Shelter, Inc (a local vendor), for the provision of substance use disorder and shelter services, for a total Contract amount not to exceed $1,397,015.00 through June 30, 2015;
e) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Mental Health Systems, Inc. (a local vendor), for the provision of adolescent mental health services and substance use disorder services, for a total Contract amount not to exceed $839,681.00 through June 30, 2015;
f) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Phoenix of Santa Barbara (a local vendor), for the provision of adult mental health services and substance use disorder services for dually-diagnosed adults...
