Title
City of Guadalupe - Approve the requests of the City of Guadalupe, as follows:
a) Call and give notice of the holding of a general municipal election to be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 for the purpose of submitting a measure to the qualified voters of the City of Guadalupe regarding a measure relating to the Amendment of the maximum rate of the existing utility users tax, and directing the City attorney to prepare impartial analysis thereof;
b) Call and give notice of the holding of a general municipal election to be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, for the purpose of submitting a measure to the qualified voters of the City of Guadalupe regarding a measure relating to the establishment of business tax certificate based on gross receipts, and directing the City Attorney to prepare impartial analysis thereof; and
c) Call and give notice of the holding of a general municipal election to be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, for the purpose of submitting a measure to the qualified voters of the City of Guadalupe regarding a measure relating to the establishment of a local transactions and use tax, and directing the City attorney to prepare impartial analysis thereof.
