Acting as the Board of Directors, Water Agency:
 
Consider recommendations regarding an Agreement with RMC Water and Environment to develop the Long Term Supplemental Water Supply Alternatives Report, as follows:
 
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with RMC Water and Environment (not a local vender) to prepare the Long Term Supplemental Water Supply Alternatives Report from the period of August 26, 2014 through December 31, 2015 in the amount not to exceed $499,625.00;
