Title: HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding a Response to 2013-2014 Grand Jury Report entitled "Santa Barbara County Take Home Vehicle Use, Clarify and Comply", as follows: (EST. TIME: 30 MIN.) a) Consider and adopt responses as the Board of Supervisors' response to the 2013-2014 Grand Jury Report entitled "Santa Barbara County Take Home Vehicle Use, Clarify and Comply"; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a letter and forward the letter and responses to the Presiding Judge of Santa Barbara County Superior Court; and c) Determine that the proposed actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378, as they involve administrative activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes to the environment, and direct staff to post and file a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
