Title: Consider recommendations regarding Penal Code (PC) 1000 Revenue Agreements and Extensions, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a revenue Agreement through which the County will certify Aegis Institute, Inc. Consider recommendations regarding Penal Code (PC) 1000 Revenue Agreements and Extensions, as follows:

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a revenue Agreement through which the County will certify Aegis Institute, Inc. d) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Amendment to the existing revenue Agreement for PC 1000 and DUI Program services with Zona Seca, Inc, extending the term through June 30, 2017, for projected revenue of $1,000.00 per year from PC 1000 services;

e) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Amendment to continue only the DUI Revenue Agreement through June 30, 2016; ending the PC 1000 portion of the Contract with Central Coast Headway as of July 1, 2014, in accordance with the PC 1000 Drug Diversion Program RFP process; and

f) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), as government fiscal activities that do not involve commitment to a spec...
