Title: Consider recommendations regarding Rancho San Fernando Rey Agricultural Preserve Replacement Contract, Santa Ynez area, Third District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Agricultural Preserve Replacement Contract 12AGP-00000-00002, consisting of five parcels: 145-110-031 (4,178.40-acres), 145-130-034 (3,912.67-acres), 145-140-022 (10,036-acres), 145-160-090 (791.65-acres), and 145-170-037 (7,994.47-acres) for a total of 26,913.19-acres, located at 161 Paradise Road, in the Santa Ynez area; b) Execute a Contract, creating Agricultural Preserve, 12AGP-00000-00002; c) Authorize recordation by the Clerk of the Board; and d) Find that the proposed action is an administrative activity of the County, which will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment and is therefore not a "project" as defined for purposes of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).
