Title: Consider recommendations regarding an easement for Road Right-of-Way from Isla Vista Recreation and Park District, Third District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Clerk of the Board to accept an Offer to Dedicate Easement for Public Improvements to the real property conveyed from the Isla Vista Recreation and Park District to the County of Santa Barbara for an easement on a portion of APN 075-010-037 by authorizing the Clerk of the Board to sign the certificate of acceptance; and b) Find that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines CCR Section 15162, no substantial changes are proposed, there are no substantial changes in circumstances and no new information of substantial importance has come to light regarding environmental effects of the project or the sufficiency or feasibility of mitigation measures, and therefore this action is within the scope of the Isla Vista Master Plan Environmental Impact Report (03-EIR-08) adopted by the Board o...

a) Approve and authorize the Clerk of the Board to accept an Offer to Dedicate Easement for Public Improvements to the real property conveyed from the Isla Vista Recreation and Park District to the County of Santa Barbara for an easement on a portion of APN 075-010-037 by authorizing the Clerk of the Board to sign the certificate of acceptance; and
