Title: Consider recommendations regarding Alcohol Drug and Mental Health Services' (ADMHS) Fiscal Year (FY) 2014-2015 Alcohol and Drug Program (ADP) Contract Amendment - Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a First Amendment to the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (a local vendor) to increase the amount of the Agreement by $10,000.00 to expand alcohol and drug treatment services to include Recovery Oriented Systems of Care for a total Contract amount not to exceed $2,022,497.00 through June 30, 2015; and b) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
