Title: Consider recommendations regarding Tuberculosis Control Program Special Needs Award, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute the Acceptance of Award for the Tuberculosis Control Program with the California Department of Public Health Tuberculosis Control Branch to support tuberculosis Special Needs for the period of January 1, 2015 through June 30, 2015 in the amount of $67,360.00; b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0003781 reflecting an increase of $67,360.00 to the Tuberculosis Special Needs Award for the period of January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015; and c) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since this is a government funding mechanism that does not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potential significant physical impact on the environment.
