Title: Consider recommendations regarding Countywide Overlay and Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayer (SAMI), County Project No. 810549, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Director of Public Works to advertise for construction bids for the Countywide Overlay and SAMI, County Project No. 810549; b) Amend the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Road Maintenance Annual Plan (RdMAP) to include Countywide Overlay and SAMI, County Project No. 810549, for road segments; and c) Find the proposed actions are for existing facilities, which consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing public structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that previously existing, including but not limited to existing highways and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities, and that the proposed actions are therefore exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA...

a) Approve and authorize the Director of Public Works to advertise for construction bids for the Countywide Overlay and SAMI, County Project No. 810549;
