Title: Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: Consider recommendations regarding the Airport Channel Lining Project, Fourth District, as follows: a) Authorize the Public Works Director to advertise and receive bids for construction of the Airport Channel Lining Project; b) Authorize the Santa Barbara County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to proceed with coordination and negotiations with the City of Santa Maria for the potential acquisition of easements, if necessary, for use by Flood Control to construct improvements for the Airport Channel Lining Project; and c) Find that the recommended actions to advertise and receive bids and obtain easements for the construction of the Airport Channel Lining Project, are fiscal activities not constituting a "Project" within the meaning of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), as set for in 14 CCR 15378(b)(4).
