Consider recommendations regarding Mental Health System Peer Training Grant Award to Santa Barbara County, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required)
 
a) Approve and authorize the Director of Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Services (ADMHS) to execute an agreement with the California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) to accept a $150,000.00 grant to support specified peer training activities from April 15, 2015 through June 30, 2016;
 
b) Approve Budget Revision No. 0003856 increasing appropriations of $150,000.00 in the ADMHS Department, Mental Health Services Act Fund, for Salaries and Benefits and Services and Supplies, funded by unanticipated revenue of $150,000.00 from OSHPD; and
