Title: Consider recommendations regarding Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services (ADMHS) - State Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) Agreement Fiscal Year (FY) 2015-2018, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Director of ADMHS to execute Agreement No. 29602 with the DOR, to coordinate vocational rehabilitation services for $0.00 during the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2018; b) Approve and authorize the Director of ADMHS to execute any and all other documents required by the State DOR to carry out the multi-year Agreement, including the Contract certification, any data records required, and any subsequent amendments that do not change the amount or term of the grant; and c) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) since the recommended actions are government administrative activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in potentially s...
