Title: Consider recommendations regarding a State Ebola Preparedness and Response Grant, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute Agreement No. 15-10385, "Supplemental Funding for Ebola Preparedness and Response", with the California Department of Public Health, Emergency Preparedness Office for the period of July 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016, to accept funding in the total amount not to exceed $73,765.00 for carrying out Ebola preparedness and response activities in Santa Barbara County; b) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute any other documents necessary to accept and carry out the grant, including the Letter of Acceptance, Non-Supplantation Certification Form, Certificate of Lobbying, and any future amendments that do not change the amount or term of the grant; and c) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 153...

a) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute Agreement No. 15-10385, "Supplemental Funding for Ebola Preparedness and Response", with the California Department of Public Health, Emergency Preparedness Office for the period of July 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016, to accept funding in the total amount not to exceed $73,765.00 for carrying out Ebola preparedness and response activities in Santa Barbara County;
 
b) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute any other documents necessary to accept and carry out the grant, including the Letter of Acceptance, Non-Supplantation Certification Form, Certificate of Lobbying, and any future amendments that do not change the amount or term of the grant; and
