Title: HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding a waiver of retirement exclusion for Kristi King, Nurse Practitioner for Primary Care and Family Health Division of the Public Health Department - Carpinteria Health Care Center, as follows: (EST. a) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to enter into an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with retiring Kristi King, Nurse Practitioner (NP), for continued nurse practitioner services at the Carpinteria Health Care Center for an amount not to exceed $18,000.00 for the period of June 2, 2015 through November 30, 2015;

c) Determine that the above actions are organizational and administrative activities of government that are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines.
